A playbook of sales funnels for turning online visitors into customers.

My review

Insanely good book. It's one of the books that taught me the most about marketing, sales and funnels. I didn't expect that from a book that, judging by the cover, looks like just another life-coach book.

Brunson builds everything as a system. The value ladder, where each offer leads the customer to the next. The funnel types for each stage. The attractive character who puts a face on the brand. The hook, story and offer structure. It's dense with information and quite technical on buying psychology, numbers and copy. It isn't weekend reading.

The biggest problem by far is the language. Unfortunately you have to read it in English. The Portuguese versions I found are all pretty rubbish, badly translated and badly interpreted. I wouldn't pass it on to anyone without a good level of English, because they'll get lost in the ideas.

For anyone with decent English who works on digital products, I highly recommend it.
