Já entendi

I read it at 12, half under orders from my mother. She thought it would help me organise my thoughts, and at the time I took that as almost a personal insult, haha. The funny thing is that it helped more than I expected.

The idea that there are different ways of learning, and that it's worth finding yours instead of forcing the method everyone else uses, stayed with me. I read it very young, so what I remember of the book is more the feeling than the content. I can't say how much of what it teaches holds up technically today.
